Dry Air Systems is a family-owned HVAC and plumbing contractor based in Rowley, self-reporting 37 years in business since 1989. It holds an active Massachusetts HVAC license and serves North Shore towns from Amesbury to Haverhill along with a couple of towns just over the New Hampshire line. As of a July 2026 review, Joe handled a routine service call and was described as kind and knowledgeable. Reviews across the past year repeatedly name the same technicians — Luc (also spelled Luke in several reviews) for AC and heat pump diagnostics, Justin Tremblay for HVAC work on remodeling projects, and Jason for furnace repairs. One general contractor described using Dry Air for HVAC work on nearly every project for the past seven years. Reviews describe full system replacements, including a propane-fired boiler swapped in for a 34-year-old oil furnace, ducted heat pump installs, and a commercial rooftop-unit replacement completed over two phases. Several customers describe same-day emergency response, including one technician who worked into the night with a headlamp to get an AC system running again. Two older reviews stand out. A 2023 review described a rude customer-service interaction when trying to get quick service for a furnace with a carbon monoxide leak, with the caller told to wait for a rotating list. A 2025 review, unrelated to any specific job, reported a company vehicle driving well over the speed limit on the Everett Turnpike. For HVAC installs, repairs, or plumbing work on the North Shore, Dry Air Systems has years of specific, name-checked praise and a licensed, active HVAC registration; if you ever need emergency service for something urgent like a gas or carbon monoxide issue, it's worth confirming response time directly.
“Dry Air Systems. Great people and very honest.”
Great service by Joe , very kind , knowledgeable & did a great job on my service call. Thank you Joe ! Betty
Had a great experience with Mike D yesterday. He went above and beyond our expectations to help improve our AC functioning. We had very layman way of explaining our issue and he was thorough in looking through our whole system and finding the issues. Climbing into our attic (100 degrees+) he noticed several pinched flex pipes and iterated on moving them and checking the flow temp to ensure it was improving. This was something we had been struggling with for 6 years. Great addition to the team! Give him a raise!
I have worked with both Keith and Mike from Dry Air. Keith provided excellent and thoughtful advice on a problem concerning a new installation from another company. Mike followed up to complete the maintenance service check up. Both techs were polite, kind, thorough, and considerate. Mike said he has recently started at Dry Air and is wonderful addition to your company. Thank you.
Luc was very attentive and explained what was going on. He is very knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend Luc and Dry Air
