One customer this June wrote that their heating system "works perfectly" after a repair visit. Another, also this June, wrote simply: "Good job on the AC repair." In a December 2025 review, a customer said Tim showed up on short notice to fix a furnace that kept turning off, and that it was still working a year later. When the same customer later hit a problem with the oil tank, Tim answered immediately and fixed it the same day, according to that December 2025 review. In a 2023 review, a new homeowner who found his tag on the furnace wrote that they lost heat overnight and woke up around 55 degrees; he answered a 2pm call on a Saturday, worked out the issue from one picture, walked them through it and turned down a tip. In a 2022 review, a family that had lost hot water said Tim quickly diagnosed why their furnace would not turn on and made the necessary repairs. In a 2021 review, a longtime customer of Garrity Heating said Tim and co. had been quick and responsive for furnace repair, service and no heat/hot water emergencies.
