Houzz lists Highland Landscaping in Webster as a landscape contractor established in 2011, with service areas across Worcester County and Northeast Connecticut. A 2021 Houzz customer said someone from the company came out to talk about a landscaping project in front of the house, and the company was to call back with an estimate. That 2021 customer said the call never came despite numerous messages, and later saw the company working on a neighbor's landscaping project.
I called Highland Landscaping Inc. for a estimate on a project/landscaping in front of my house. Someone from the company showed and we talked. And the end of the conversation Highland landscaping Inc. would call me back and would give me the estimate of the cost of the project. On that day a neighbor of my was outside and flagged the Highland Landscaping Inc. truck and also had the opportunity to talk with the landscaping company. When I saw that I felt good because it looks like to me that Highland Landscaping Inc. instead of 1 project it would probably have 2x . Well I never got the call I left numerus form of messages and I felt I was being ignore. Today I saw Highland Landscaping Inc. working on my neighbor landscaping project and wow I feel... well it's just not right. If the Highland didn't want to do my landscaping project at least you could had left a message.
