Dumont Septic Pumping

This was my first time using Dumont Septic. Space and time does not allow me to say enough positives about the owner, his work ethic, his command to detail, his ability to communicate the issues he encountered, his fairness in pricing the job, etc. And on top of that, he came the same day I called. A true professional. Anne Rolfe North Brookfield

I can't say enough good things about Rosemary and Will at Dumont Septic! In a world where it's sadly common to encounter dishonesty, working with them was a breath of fresh air—they were completely transparent, professional, and truly went above and beyond. We had them repair a broken septic cover and riser, and they handled everything incredibly quickly and professionally. If you're looking for reliable, honest service, look no further. Highly recommend—thank you both for making this such a positive experience!

I have been using dumont since moving to east brookfield in 2007. I feel bad that this is my first review. he is the man! so knowledgeable, friendly, professional and caring. such a great person do do business with. this last time he came he to empty my tank, he found some issues. he gave me ways to remedy those issues. in doing one of the things he recommended, I found I had a filter system I didn't now about. he came back to look and helped me make sure it was working correctly. he is a hidden gem of this area.

Responsive, honest, and affordable service. Called on holiday expecting an answering service due to septic smell in the basement. They picked up and scheduled next day to pump and review the system. When they found the system was in good condition and not in need of pumping, they took a look at the basement. They noticed the possibly dry drains allowing off-gasing into the basement and informed us, then dropped the price down from the estimate to reflect only the trip out.

Thank you so much for coming out today on New Years day! The service was amazing and quick called last night late and he came the next day. Had my septic tank pumped and a clogged line fixed! Great price and great work thanks again!
