A residential roofing contractor wrote in March 2026 that he has been pulling cans from Dumpster Depot's Manchester yard for more than 20 years — dropped off and picked up on time, and never any damage to a homeowner's driveway. Two other renters describe the same care with a truck: a November 2021 customer with an extremely narrow driveway watched the driver clear the obstacles before setting the can, and a December 2022 customer got one maneuvered into a tight spot in the middle of a move. The company rents roll-offs out of 8051 S Willow Street across New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine, is managed by David Paul, and has had a Better Business Bureau file since 2005. It holds 4.6 stars from 117 Google ratings and an A+ grade with the BBB. Timing is the thing renters name most often — at least ten of them between 2021 and 2026 — and one 2021 first-timer said every other place quoted more than a week while Dumpster Depot came on the day requested. A 2015 renter on a dumpster-rental site described a 15-yard roll-off arriving on schedule for an asphalt driveway demolition. The complaints land in two places: getting the can taken away again, and what it costs. Two reviewers in April 2025 each said they called for a pickup and the dumpster was still there five days later — one blocking a driveway, the other taking up parking spots on private property. A January 2025 reviewer said the company called their dumpster overweight and billed for it without producing any weight slips. On price, renters split. Seven of them between 2022 and 2025 called the rates competitive, reasonable or the best they had found, and a May 2024 customer specifically noted no surprise charges at the end; a July 2024 reviewer said the price was too high, and a December 2025 reviewer called the company overpriced and its drivers the worst in the business. One more piece of practical advice, from a June 2024 renter: fine for trash, but look elsewhere to get scrap hauled. For a house clean-out, a roofing tear-off or a renovation in southern New Hampshire, this is a long-established local option with a long run of on-time deliveries behind it. Before booking, get the weight allowance and the per-ton overage in writing, and settle up front how many days a pickup call actually takes.

Im a residential roofing contractor who has been using the Manchester Dumpster Depot for over 20 yrs. In that time I have never had any issues with using them. They drop off and pickup in a very timely manner and never do any damage to homeowners driveways. From Dave the owner to Ashleigh, Dawn and Alaisha in the office to Josh and the other drivers they are a great team and for 20 yrs have had a great relationship with them. They are the best!!

Overpriced and the drivers are the absolute worst in the business highly not recommended
If this is how potential customers are treated before a transaction even begins, I can only imagine the experience during or after service. Transparency and professionalism should be the baseline. Unfortunately, this interaction made it clear that I wouldn’t get either by moving forward with this company. If “dumping” is what they do, they may want to start with this employee.
My go-to for dumpsters. Best prices I’ve seen. We used them for a large clean-out and rotated out cans. Driver was on point with timing and a nice guy, hard to come across nowadays. Customer service on the phone was also great. I recommend DD to everyone looking for a can
