Had home energy assessment but nobody has contacted me regarding the service on how to move forward . For insulation in the attic they sounded like a good company in the beginning but horrible customer service !!!
Dynamic was the company assigned to complete the energy audit of our newly purchased home through Energize CT. The team of two showed up promptly and even finished earlier than expected. I appreciated how flexible they were as I was there during the audit as was our toddler. They explained to me how the entire process will go clearly and my options after the fact. I never felt pressured to commit to work being done nor did I ever feel like I was being upsold something. Thankfully, only a small amount of work needs to be done to lower our energy bills and the quote is good for a full year so we have time to complete more urgent matters. I’m glad we went through with the audit so that we know what our home is doing right and what can be improved. I highly recommend everyone have an audit completed!
The team from DBE was great. Mark walked me through everything they were going to do beforehand. He took pictures and was very detailed. I thought installing loose cellulose insulation would be messy, but they did a nice job minimizing the mess and cleaning up when they left. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for an insulation job.
From start to finish Mark and his team were professional, organized, and thorough with the energy upgrades to our 20 yr old home. We were contracted with DBE through R.I.S.E (Rhode Island Saving Energy ) after having an energy audit on our home. The job was done with great attention to detail, professional and efficient. Photos were taken of the installation thoughout the day to show us the progress. We already notice a difference in the improvements done!
