A 2021 customer praised Cole in the residential division for his advice about a heating problem. A 2023 customer said they called about a shutoff valve and another part in a toilet, someone was at their condo in 90 minutes, and the work was completed in about 15 minutes. A 2022 customer wrote that after waiting months for the builder to fix weak water pressure in the master shower of a new home, they contacted E&M, which scheduled a technician for the next day. In an August 2025 r/burlington thread, a commenter named E&M Mechanical as one of their top two recommendations and said it was who they called when they did carpentry.
