One recent customer said E/R conducted a full electrical safety inspection, checking the panel for loose connections and outdated breakers and testing every outlet for proper grounding and polarity. Another recent reviewer said Eddie shared a quote by text after seeing a few photos, then came by twice in one week while scheduling around HVAC and insulation work. In a 2026 review, a customer said Eddie and Laura stepped in after water got into a basement disconnect during cold weather and other electricians refused the work; they were on site with power restored in 2 hours and sent photos with labeled diagrams afterward.
