Another 2018 client said he kept the house livable during a major renovation, and a 2015 customer having a staircase replaced noted he was on site on the days he said he would be and kept things neat. A few of the Houzz accounts come from people in the trade rather than homeowners — a custom glass supplier in December 2018, and in 2015 a colleague who had worked with him for over 15 years. Houzz's profile lists an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor Licence and Registered Home Improvement Contractor for the business; ask for the numbers and check them against the state register.
