A 2026 reviewer wrote that Dan has completed multiple projects for their condominium association, "ranging from roof repairs, painting large condo association buildings, pool repairs, railings, tree removal, and plumbing." That 2026 reviewer called Dan reliable, knowledgeable and reasonable in pricing. In a 2021 review, a customer said Dan and crew gave a price to repair a 36 foot deck that fell off the house because of a big ice block coming from the roof. That 2021 customer wrote that Dan found the deck collapsed because it was not flashed and nails were used instead of lag bolts, that Dan's price was considerably less than "the 2 fancy high priced guys," and that the deck looked better than before and much safer. A 2021 customer on Angi said Daniel Cormier completed the job on time and did good quality work. In a 2020 review, a customer said they came on time but were not able to finish the job.
