TVK Construction just completed an extensive bath remodel for a recent customer in Cape Elizabeth, who said careful, clean, timely workmanship was applied from the demolition to the installation of the accessories, and for a fair price. That customer said Terry was always accessible and prompt to respond whenever they called. The company says it has been in business 20 years, and that homeowners in Cape Elizabeth, Scarborough and the surrounding areas turn to it for interior remodeling. A 2025 customer said Terry remodeled their small kitchen, and wrote: "From start (demolition) to finish (fussy itty bitty trim work) was 10 hours for my small kitchen." That 2025 customer said Terry and Stuart cleaned and put everything back. The same 2025 customer said they first hired Terry years ago to replace 2 cellar windows, and that since then he had replaced every single window and door in their house. A 2023 customer called Terry knowledgeable and said he worked efficiently and could be counted on.
