That is the clearest thing known about East Coast Air — a Marshfield HVAC outfit that, by its own account, has been at this since 2005 and is veteran-owned. Those permits run through Hingham, Cohasset, Norwell, Marshfield, Falmouth and North Easton, at a typical value near $34,500. That is whole-system money, not a service call, which tells you what they're mostly hired for: replacements and new installs rather than quick fixes. The company aims itself squarely at coastal work — salt air, oceanfront condensers — and says it is an authorized Mass Save HPIN heat pump installer and a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor. Both are its own claims, unconfirmed here. What's thin is anyone talking about how the work went. BuildZoom's profile carries no reviews, and the only outside voice is a Facebook post recommending them for heating and AC. One recommendation, however warm, isn't enough to put a number on them, so this page doesn't. So: a genuinely permit-active installer whose public reputation hasn't caught up with its job count. If you're pricing a heat pump with Mass Save incentives in play, they're worth a quote — ask them to walk you through the rebate paperwork they say they handle, and ask for homeowner references from the recent Hingham or Cohasset installs, since there's nothing published to read yet.
