Amazing business! They have helped us as an amazing Refferal partner. As you know when you refer someone you are referring yourself! Thank you for always being there when our Refferals call!
Quick turnaround on several dumpsters for a demo. Clear pricing and quick communication. Thank you!
Never returned my phone calls or messages I must not be worthy of their business.. Very sad..
I used them as a Construction Demo container for my mother in-laws roof. The use of the container worked out to be quicker that hauling truck loads of old shingles to the dump for the roofer. The owner of East Coast was accommodating and professional the whole time. I recommended him to a friend, who had the same experience. I remember reading the previous review and thought I would share my own experience. I understand we all have our good days and our bad days. I would use them again.
When I called these guys they were very pleasant. One of the owners even came out to my house to survey where the container would be dropped off and what materials that would go inside the container. They even questioned me about my driveway and some low-hanging branches, so there was no surprises. Apparently the driver did not get the memo. If he had taken the time to get out of his truck and look at the driveway before blindly backing down it, he wouldn't have had a problem. (None of the other larger vehicles that have been on the property had a problem with it... they seemed to know what they were doing.) He stopped just before backing into a telephone pole, got out of his truck, and started yelling at me about how he was going to charge me $100 every time he hit a branch. I told him to take his container and leave. The point is, these guys saw the property in advance and knew what they were getting into. They could've told me that they wouldn't drop off a container until the branches had been cut down, which would've been fine. Instead, they lost a job because the driver lost his temper and swore at a potential customer over something stupid.
