The work is countertops — kitchen tops, vanity tops, backsplashes, the odd shower surround — and what customers describe is less the stone than the coordination around it. A designer writing in February 2022 said Sarah guided her through slab selection so the pieces she wanted arrived in time for install, and worked directly with her contractor and cabinet maker on site. A homeowner in August 2025 called her the most responsive of every dealer and subcontractor on a full first-floor gut, and said she flagged pricing changes and savings as they came up. In September 2021 another customer, sent over by their cabinet company, described measuring as soon as the cabinets were ready and an install soon after that came out exactly to plan. The installers get their own mentions: methodical, unrushed, tidy, in a June 2021 account, and "punctional, friendly, efficient" in the 2025 one. Jim, or Jimmy, appears alongside Sarah on the install side. Two things to weigh. First, this company doesn't cut its own stone — it says it partners with vendors who source the slabs so it can concentrate on service and installation, which is worth knowing if you want a single firm answerable for a flaw in the material itself. Second, the entire written record sits on one platform and runs 2021 to October 2025, with a typical job on Houzz costing $2,000 to $15,000. It is a consistent record, not a broad one. The fit here is a kitchen or bath project where the counters are the finish line and someone else — a cabinet maker, a designer, a GC — is running the job. Ask who templates and who installs, confirm which vendor the slab comes from and what happens if it arrives chipped or mismatched, and get the lead time in writing against your cabinet date.
