A truck frame that looks brand new again is what one recent customer of East Coast Refinishing came away with. The BBB page places the company in Pittsfield and describes metal fabrication for industrial, commercial and residential customers. On its website, the company says it was founded in 1999 as an abrasive blasting and refinishing operation and has grown into steel, coating and fleet refinishing work, later adding metal fabrication and industrial coatings. A recent customer says they have used ECR for 4+ years and the undercarriage of their car is holding up nicely. One recent customer is in their 4th year with NH Oil Undercoat at East Coast Refinishing. A 2025 customer said a car dropped off at 7am was ready a little after eight. A 2025 customer said the bedliner made the bed of their 94 look brand new. In a 2024 review, a customer said a Bullet liner was sprayed in their truck bed and the work was all done in one day as promised. In 2022, a customer wrote that Ben Melle and East Coast Refinishing finished a difficult spray foam application in Pittsfield MA, and that the spray foam formula produced very little VOC off-gas. A 2022 customer said East Coast's spray foam division is the only company they use for their high-end builds. The BBB grades East Coast Refinishing A+.
