A homeowner who hired Nubia in mid-2025 still praised her reliability in an August 2026 review of Perseverance Cleaning Systems. They described thorough cleaning, attention to detail, flexible arrangements and communication. The company offers home and office cleaning, and customers have described work in the Berkshires, including a commercial property in Lenox. The residential work includes deep cleaning and recurring visits. In an October 2025 Google review, a homeowner described Nubia and her team using ladders to clean light fixtures and scrubbing floors on their hands and knees, followed by weekly cleans. Another customer writing that month said the residential cleaning team arrived on time and left the house spotless, including areas the customer had not mentioned. Commercial customers described similarly concrete work in 2025. A Lenox reviewer writing in October said the team cleaned a building exposed to constant tracked-in dirt, mud and dust, including washing the walls. An August reviewer at Delmolino & Sons praised Diogo’s cleaning of truck interiors and exteriors. The company’s Angi description also advertises vacation-property, post-construction, fleet and window cleaning. Appointment timing drew a complaint in August 2026. That Google reviewer called the cleaner competent and otherwise recommended the service, but said late arrivals on several occasions caused inconvenience. They wanted a text with the expected arrival time and more formal communication. Google gives the company 4.8 stars from ten ratings; its BBB grade is A-.
Five stars for Perseverance Cleaning Systems! We hired Nubia at Perseverance to clean our home, starting in mid 2025. Since then, we couldn’t be happier. She is thorough and attentive to detail in her work, communicative, flexible and, perhaps most importantly, very reliable. We honestly don’t know what we would do without her.
Very competent cleaner. I just wish they honored their appointment time. Arriving late on several occasions can be a real inconvenience when you yourself have to be somewhere and are standing around waiting for them to arrive. A quick text message to make one aware of the time they plan to arrive would be appreciated. Also, a little more formal mode of communicating with the client would be appropriate. We are not their family or immediate friends.. Othewise recommend.
Nubia did a deep clean on my house and the difference was truly amazing. She and her team were on ladders cleaning light fixtures and their hands and knees scrubbing floors. It was so refreshing to have a fresh start for the fall season. Weekly cleans are now a breeze for them! I highly recommend Nubia’s team.
Nothing but good things to say about this company. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty. I recommend Perseverance cleaning without a doubt. My experience with them is getting my vehicles cleaned on a timely basis as well as the area I spend a lot of my time doing paperwork etc. You can tell when they were here with the fresh scent in the air around the entire building Keep up the great work!
The Perseverance Cleaning team is amazing. They do an outstanding job at our commercial property in Lenox. It’s a high traffic area with constant dirt/mud/ dust being tracked through. Every Monday morning when I walk in the building is spotless!! They go so far as to wash down the walls! Highly recommend them for any cleaning, large or small. Great company!!
