Mike, Matt and the whole team at East Coast Solar were absolutely stellar through the whole process. We chose them based on their integrity- Matt took his time explaining the process, offering us a design that would work as we added more to our house (like heat pumps and an EV charger). Mike and the team ran an install that was quick, thorough and detail-oriented. Mike was on site much of the time and so down to earth- we spent 15 mins chatting during pre-work inspection before I realized he was Mike, the owner and not just a really nice employee! Everything works (and looks!) great. And year and half later, we are running both those heat pumps and a the EV charger and still banking extra solar on our National Grid account this summer. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Honestly. We have had zero issues but I know that if anything comes up, we can reach out the owner Mike and be taken care of right away. This company is old school quality, care and service with new school projects. Call them.

East Coast were so easy to work with. There was no hard pressure sell, just open communication with dates and expectations spelled out and adhered to. I couldn't be happier.

Our onboarding with East Coast Energy LLC was a bit rocky. There were too many people on both their side and mine that didn't know what was going on and kept getting in the way. Once Chris joined the team, not only was the introduction he gave me so warm and professional, but truly genuine in his promise for professional and successful teamwork. Once we connected, we were on track to get a lot accomplished and fill the holes pending. He has gone above and beyond either answering my questions or getting the answers to my questions beyond the expectation. I am really glad Chris joined this team, and I personally am so luck to work closely with him.
