Eastern Air Solutions

We recently had two Mitsubishi heat pump units installed by Ben at Eastern Air Solutions, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Ben was professional, friendly, courteous, and took the time to answer all of our questions throughout the installation. His attention to detail and personable approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The installation was completed efficiently, and we’re extremely happy with the results. We highly recommend Eastern Air Solutions to anyone looking for quality HVAC service and a team that truly cares about its customers.

Great experience. From start to finish. Job was done quickly and well

Ben was fantastic! Our whole experience with him was great. He gave us an estimate quickly after we reached out, and he was able to put us on the schedule quickly, too. I like doing business with someone who is actually doing the installation work hands-on, so that meant something to me. He was cordial and productive, and put in some hard work digging into our attic and around funky old Maine house. It was a big job, but now I can say we're chilling on these high-temperature days! Everything works very well. I'd recommend his services, and already have to others, actually.

Ben did a fantastic job installing our heat pump. He showed up on time, was professional throughout the entire process, and clearly knows his craft. He explained what he was doing in simple terms and made sure we were comfortable with everything before moving forward. The installation was done efficiently and neatly, with great attention to detail. He also took the time to test the system thoroughly and confirm it was running at peak performance before he left. Our home is already noticeably more comfortable. Overall, we’re very happy with the experience and would highly recommend Eastern Air Solutions to anyone looking for quality installation work.

Ben from Eastern Air does a phenomenal job. Great communication, worked efficiently, solid pricing, and runs a well rounded operation. Highly recommend for all your heat pump needs.
