EC Restore

We had a mystery damp spot on our ceiling and Tom came out promptly and did a free inspection. He was extremely thorough - even climbing thru our tiny attic access in the pantry into the insulation to investigate the source. He didn't try to sell me on anything or make a tiny problem more than it was. I really appreciated the honesty and attention to detail. We'd had another restoration company come out prior for this issue, and he didn't go nearly as far to figure out the issue. We'll be calling Tom in the future for sure.

I’m a very picky engineer who was super bummed out finding an ice dam had flooded an upstairs bedroom with hardwood floors (tented up from the water) as well as the ceiling and wall of garage below. Tommy was super knowledgeable and had all the equipment to find exactly where the water came in and where it went within the house. EJ and Elijah of his team were super careful and protective of my home and did a great job removing all impacted trim, drywall, insulation and hardwood. They got everything dried out quickly, cleaned up and applied mold preventative to make sure everything was done right. I was relaxed as I possibly could be through this nasty event.

After a intense water standing Julio came and help me he did an awesome job.

We were very happy with the service Tom provided. We called on a Sunday and he was at our place on Monday morning. He was professional and knowledgeable. In addition, he explained what we had going on in our place. I would recommend Tom and this company to anyone with mold problems, sewage issues and many more restoration projects.
