A 2022 customer said a mow left their hot tub covered in grass, and that after they raised it the company never showed again and did not answer phone or text messages.

Terrible communication and the quality of work has degraded significantly over the past few years. I was stranded on two separate occasions for nearly 48 hours awaiting a plow this past winter which caused me to miss time at work. They simply didn’t show up this year for lawn maintenance. They have been servicing this property for 5 + years and I would have expected much more from a business.
They do not communicate with their customers to let you know that they are not showing up. They just don’t show. We had constant issues with weed whacking and failing to blow after. After another mow job that left our entire hot tub covered in grass we contacted them to tell them. They said they would talk to the guys. They never showed again even after saying they wouldn’t leave us high and dry. No response to phone or text messages. Totally unprofessional! Save yourselves the constant headaches of having to fix a poor quality job and no shows and hire another company!
