The company says it has been in business for 20 years, is insured, and serves Springfield, Chicopee, Westfield, Holyoke, Amherst, Northampton, Easthampton, Greenfield and South Hadley. Its website promotes mobile-friendly booking and lists working hours as 24/7. Google shows a 4.8-star average from 40 ratings. Customers who received cleaning have described work in both homes and a business. In a February 2026 review, a customer said they had signed their third business-cleaning contract for a Northampton location, praising reliability and cleaning quality and saying store customers were more comfortable. A December 2025 household review described shining mirrors and hardwood floors, with staff working courteously around the son's tutoring session. In August 2025, another customer praised weekly house cleaning and Hannah's flexibility with the schedule. A December 2024 customer described dependable arrivals and basic cleaning of a small home in about an hour, at a price they liked. The July booking complaint described an error that redirected the customer to an EcoClean location in Concord, New Hampshire. A phone call confirmed the booking, but the email specified the more expensive service. The customer said staff initially offered to change it to a standard cleaning, then questioned whether someone could take the weekend appointment selected online. When the customer offered a weekday instead, they were told appointments usually booked two weeks out, and the conversation returned to requiring a first-time deep clean. The customer attributed the frustration to the booking system and inconsistent information about the price, schedule and first-time requirements.
I can't review the quality of the cleaning itself because I ultimately never received the service, but I can review the customer experience, and unfortunately it was frustrating. I went to the website, selected a standard cleaning (advertised for under $200), picked an available date and time, entered my credit card information, and submitted my booking. Instead of a confirmation, I received an error that redirected me to a completely different EcoClean location in Concord, NH, leaving me unsure whether my booking had even gone through. I called to confirm and was told it had. However, the confirmation email quoted me nearly $500 for a first-time deep clean instead of the standard cleaning I had selected. When I called back, I was told the price could be changed to a standard cleaning. Then I was told it might be difficult to find someone for the weekend appointment I had booked online. If weekend appointments aren't actually available, the booking system shouldn't let customers select them. I even offered to switch to a weekday, only to be told they usually book two weeks out anyway, and the conversation circled back to requiring the more expensive deep clean. The people I spoke with on the phone were friendly and kind, and I don't think any of this was their fault. The issue seems to be with the booking system and the inconsistent information I received about pricing, scheduling, and first-time service requirements. After all of that, I booked with another cleaning company and had everything confirmed in under five minutes. I hope they can improve the online booking process because it was a very confusing experience.
