Its BBB description identifies carpet cleaning as its specialty and also lists rugs, drapes, upholstery, tile and grout cleaning, and water extraction. Google shows a 1-star average from four ratings. Customers writing in 2022 and 2023 described disputes over work and refunds. In a September 2023 Google review, a customer said stains remained after the technician's visit and that they wanted a partial refund. The reviewer reported having spent 27 minutes on hold while writing, and said they intended to take the company to court and file a BBB complaint. Those were the customer's stated plans. A February 2022 Google reviewer alleged that workers broke their dryer vent and left without fixing it. The customer reproduced a reply they attributed to the company's customer-care representative, refusing a refund and accusing the customer of damaging the exhaust after being told not to touch it. The reviewer disputed that explanation, saying they had no ladder and could not access the vent. A separate January 2022 reviewer criticized the technicians' equipment, professionalism, and competence, as well as the charges. BBB reviewers also complain about cleaning results and pricing. A February 2023 r/boston commenter said they had looked the business up, disliked its reviews, and rejected it, referring to what they described as a 1.1-star BBB rating. That was the commenter's description of the rating at the time.

DO NOT even bother using this company. Like someone else commented, I wish I had read the reviews prior to using them. I'm actually on hold to speak with them as I write this review and my call log says it's been 27minutes now waiting on hold. I will be taking them to court as I have all recordings from when the technician was here. All he said was he did his "best" despite the stains that were still visible then and now. I'm not even asking for a full refund. All I want is a partial refund for a terrible job done. Find another business for your own sanity. I will also be filing a complaint with BBB where they already have a terrible rating.
BEWARE!!!! Do not use this company!! They are not professional. They broke our dryer vent and walked out without any intent of fixing. When we called the company to let them know below is what their "customer care" rep sent us! Please don't find out for yourselves what a shoddy, poor LOW BUDGET service you will get. "you can expect a refund for something that you damaged after the technician specifically told you not to touch the exhaust. Do you expect everybody’s life to revolve around you as if we have not done a service send somebody else spent gas time and resources dealing with getting your job done. No you will not be receiving a refund unless you can refund our technicians time" FYI, we couldn't touch the vent due to the fact we don't own a ladder therefore can't access the vent! Also, not BBB (Better Business Bureau rated) Not shocked there! 1
This is a fraud company. Their technicians are not well equipped and very unprofessional. They don’t know their jobs but charger very high. I will not recommend this company. Beware of them.
One year ago this company came to pick up wool area rug. Wanted cleaned and deodorized and scothguard.
Hello All, I just had a technician come to my home for a dryer vent cleaning that was required by REMOVEDto meet requirements for insurance purposes. The company is called CERTIFIED GREEN TEAM but bills as Logistic Solutions The technician said the price would be in excess of the $69.
