Deadbeat Customer. Doesn't Pay his bills, Ignores you when you are trying to collect payment. Was suppose to have check onsite multiple times and ignored. Multiple invoices, Voice calls, Text messages, Emails and Letters sent all ignored.
We just bought a house that they built. You would think if it was listed back in July of 2022, it will be a quick closing when we put in the offer in Feb of 2023 and went in contract. We had a punch list which took ages to get done. We were told it was done, then it was not; so it was a lot of back and forth and was ready to walk away. Even the seller agent had a tough time dealing and communicating with this builder. We eventually closed end of last month. We have had extreme difficulties in communicating with this builder. It is hard to get a response to phone or text messages, and there is little professional courtesy towards us in regards to dealing with problems that need to be addressed. I wish I Googled him before dealing with them, cause the more I know now about him the less I trust him. There’s even complaint or bad review about him that dates back in 2010. We love the house, but I have to admit I have buyers remorse just because I now have to deal with him. Let’s hope nothing else breaks and do hope he gets the electrical panel and generator hook up resolved.
