On its Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles it describes itself as offering excavation and building site services, with over 30 years of experience. A 2023 reviewer wrote that Edwards did a mother-in-law's home and that the septic system failed after only three years due to improper installation. A 2023 customer wrote that communication stopped altogether four months into a full-house job, and that plumbing and heating had come out four times for repairs in the three years since; the same customer said the well pump, installed new in 2019, had already been replaced. A 2024 reviewer said the company damaged the corner of their driveway while working at a neighbor's property, and that the owner got belligerent when the damage was pointed out. A 2025 customer wrote that the company was going to do all the site work for a house they wanted to build, then never showed up or dropped off equipment. A 2024 reviewer was "so glad this guy never showed up" and found someone else. A 2018 HomeAdvisor customer said he showed up when he promised he would. I would never use them four years ago. We wanted to build a house and they came and they were gonna do all the site work and then they just never showed up. Said they were gonna drop equipment off and never did so be careful I wouldn’t go with them at all Stay clear !!!
So glad this guy never showed up and I found someone else . Never understood someone taking work they have no intention of doing . Worked out perfect .the guy I got was fantastic and showed when he said he would . And I saved 14000 dollars
They damaged the corner of my driveway while working at my neighbor's property. When I pointed out the damage, the owner got completely belligerent. A small issue that could have been taken care of with an apology and a bucket of asphalt sealant. Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.
Edwards did my mother-in-laws home. If there was a corner to be cut he cut it. Only 3 years and the septic system has failed due to improper installation.
Worse contractor I ever worked with. Hired him for a full house and besides stopping communication all together 4 months in, his work was not the work of someone knowing what they were doing. He was rude with other workers on site such as the electric and well company and he was very rude with me and made me talk only to his business partner. There were times I know he was not completely honest with me regarding the work and in the end I have lived in a house he was in charge of constructed for 3 years and have already had plumbing/heating come out 4 times for repairs and my well pump, which was installed brand new 2019, replaced. Hold him accountable if you use this company!
