We went from happy customers to very unhappy spent weeks calling for a new quote recognizing and anticipating price increases no response. Sent them a bid for our road association surprise we get the following you've been great customers for 5 years and you helped us by being reliable customers who always paid on time but we are not plowing commercial accounts any longer now we are scrambling for service. Spoke with the owner great excuses but no explanation of why no response to our inquiries. Integrity ??? Name change in order clearly Integrity doesn't apply
