I have used Efficiency Plumbing & Remodeling multiple times over the past few years and have nothing but possitive feedback. Most recently I had them add a new water line to the back of my house as well as some construction in my kitchen the year before, both done fast and for less than expected. I would definitely refer them to anyone.
I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this company. We originally contacted them about a month ago for an estimate to replace our very old boiler and hot water tank with a new combi boiler unit in South Boston. We had very precise requirements that the new unit had to fit in a very small space under the stairs. Fast forward a few weeks and the new combi unit has been installed without any issues. Mike and his team were very professional - showed up promptly every morning, answered any questions, available for additional questions when he was not on site, etc. We even made a few changes mid installation - Mike and his team were more than happy to adjust the project to fir our needs. Their estimate was right in line with other companies, but there professionalism surpassed every other company that I had met with. I would highly recommend this company for any future heating/plumbing needs! We plan on remodeling our bathrooms next year - they will be our first call.
We had a master bathroom completely redone with new tile, vanity, flooring, fixtures and lighting. Work was done efficiently, as proposed and on time. Excellent work and a total pleasure to work with
I am Efficiency's Glass shower door installer. Ive worked with them for quite a while. Everything they do is pristine and clean. Have not had a problem with them and have done multiple bathrooms. One of the best contractors i have worked for. have and will continue to recommend this company!
I recently purchased in a 55+ community and needed the tub to be converted to a shower as I am getting older and can no longer step into a tub. I also needed grab bars installed and Carlo made several recommendations on where to install these so they would be functional and not an eye sore. Carlo and his team were great. I ended up having Efficiency Plumbing install a new garbage disposal, new sink and new Groehe faucet in my kitchen. I will definitely be calling Carlo again!
