Eldredge & Bourne describes itself as a family-owned Cape Cod moving and storage company founded in 1918, with three generations of moving-management experience. Its contact page names Lauren Connolly and Jim Connolly as owners and Marc Goode as owner and operations manager. The company advertises local Cape Cod moves, Nantucket moves using the Steamship Authority ferry, and nationwide and international relocation as an Allied Van Lines agent. It also offers receiving and inventory services for interior designers. BBB lists locations in Hyannis and Orleans, gives the business an A+ grade, and says it is not BBB-accredited. Google shows 4.4 stars from 18 ratings. Older customers also praised the moving crew and office. In November 2021, a reviewer described a professional experience from the front office through the move crew and confidence in the handling of their possessions. The ASD Team wrote in October 2023 that it used the company for moving and storage needs and recommended its project service. Pricing drew a specific complaint in February 2026. That customer said the move itself went well and the staff were respectful and cooperative, but the bill was 20% higher than the quote. The customer's praise for the crew accompanied a clear warning about the validity of the pricing.
