The South Dennis business describes itself as family-owned and veteran-operated, serving Cape Cod and the Islands. It advertises local and long-distance residential and commercial moves, packing, storage and junk removal. Google lists a 4.3-star average from 59 ratings. Its BBB profile has an A+ grade and says the business is not accredited. Customers have described specific furniture and packing jobs over several years. In a December 2025 review, a customer said Rich and Bobby moved a spinet piano into a basement through a bulkhead door. A January 2026 reviewer credited Dave, Kevin and Christian with filling a moving pod. In an October 2025 review, a former mover said Peggy’s quote was at least $1,000 below another company’s and the crew finished sooner than expected, saving money. A different October 2025 customer reported an on-time, on-budget move with no damage. Other customers reported higher charges and damaged belongings. A March 2026 reviewer said a telephone quote doubled on moving day and complained that a subsequent claim was taking a long time without a completion date. In September 2024, a customer said a different moving company handled the job, two dresser legs and china plates broke, and $75 compensation was offered.
