In a June 2022 Google review, a buyer wrote that they hired Travis to inspect a home they were buying right away; he pointed out many things that were out of building code, and his report, with many photographs of the concerns, helped them negotiate a price reduction for the needed repairs. Elevated Building Company, LLC is owned and operated by Travis Greenlaw, who the company says was born in the North Country and has lived there his whole life, with experience in home inspection and the building industry. It lists Littleton, Bethlehem, Sugar Hill, Franconia and Easton as its service area. A February 2023 reviewer new to the area described Travis as prompt, professional and meticulous during a general home and water inspection. In March 2023 another customer cited his prompt arrival and fast delivery of the report, and a second June 2022 reviewer called the inspection thorough. On Google the business holds a 5-star rating from five ratings.
