Those are the loads Elite In-N-Out Solutions hauled away for customers through 2025 — a Lawrence junk-removal and demolition outfit that Angi also lists as In-N-Out Elite Junk Removal, with six years of experience and Spanish spoken. Speed is what customers kept describing. In a November 2025 review, John returned the call within minutes, quoted a fair price for some air conditioner units and picked them up the same day. A June 2025 customer went from calling for a free quote to Jay arriving in about two hours. A September 2025 reviewer had a load out of the house in under two hours, with leftover objects picked up, things broken down where needed, and no damage. A May 2025 customer who needed a garage emptied got scheduled for the next day. The money talk is specific for this trade. The November 2025 customer whose cast-iron furnace, water tank and 30-inch stove came out of a cellar and garage said the crew quoted the price before they came and kept to it. An August 2025 mattress pickup came with no hidden fees, the customer wrote, unlike other companies they had used. Angi's page puts the jobs it lists between $50 and $800. The same names come back across those 2025 accounts — John (also written Jhon) Gil, Jay and Jose — and Thumbtack carries a background check under Jhon Gil for a five-person operation. The one complaint is a December 2025 four-star review: the customer was unhappy at having to reschedule after a no-show and no call on the first appointment, then gave a second chance and had two men arrive, do the job quickly, and charge what they called a reasonable price compared to other companies. Worth confirming the appointment the day before. The oldest accounts, both posted in August 2022 on Thumbtack, cover a junk removal with demolition and a clean-up afterward. Careful work indoors shows up too: a July 2025 customer said Jay and Jose moved out radiators and a boiler on time and were careful about walls and floors. A strong call for emptying a basement, garage or attic around Lawrence, or for getting something heavy out that two people can't lift. Get the number over the phone before booking — customers describe a firm quote up front — and confirm the appointment the day before the truck is due.
