A recent customer hired Elite Flooring to install wide plank LVP in a family room and said that over a year later the flooring remains durable and just like new. A recent customer had a bathroom ceiling replaced: Nick came out, looked over the work and came back with a detailed invoice and a fair price, and Eddie finished every day by cleaning the entire worksite. The work runs past floors. A 2025 customer said Nick and his crew opened up a kitchen and new living room, taking the wall down and adding electrical and lighting. A 2025 customer said Katie helped select wood and carpet flooring, popcorn ceiling removal was added when Nick came out, and crown molding went into the bedrooms during the job. A builder in south eastern Connecticut wrote in 2025 that they use Elite Flooring exclusively for tile and wood flooring installations. A 2024 reviewer whose company does home renovation said Elite Flooring had handled all of its hardwood refinishing jobs over the past two years. A 2024 customer said Elite Flooring tiled a kitchen floor, a backsplash, a bathroom floor and a tub area. Some jobs went badly. A 2025 customer said that during an LVP flooring install they snapped a pipe in the dining room and left, and the house flooded overnight; that customer said they had been displaced from the home for almost two years. A 2025 customer said they were charged twice for the deposit, waited over three weeks for a credit, and never received promised credits for furniture moving and damaged property. A 2024 customer said a kitchen renovation quoted at 3 - 4 weeks took over 6 weeks, old pipes reused under the sink leaked, and a cabinet was shortened without telling them. A 2023 customer said those sent to do the floors broke off a bedroom closet door, left saw dust everywhere and colored in spots missed with the stain using markers.
We needed to have our bathroom ceiling replaced. One of our family members had some renovations done by Elite Interiors Flooring and Remodeling . The work that they did came out beautiful, so we called them. Nick came out, looked over the work that needed to be done and came back with a detailed invoice and a fair price. Eddie, is a very detailed and crafted worker. He did an amazing job from start to finish. Every day he finished with cleaning the entire worksite. Eddie did not disappoint, the ceiling came out flawless. We could not be happier with the work that he did and working with Nick. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
We hired Elite Flooring to install wide plank LVP in our family room that I was renovating and we love how it turned out! Super fast turnaround and over a year later the flooring remains super durable and just like new. They offered samples for us to choose from so that we could make a decision based on our paint color and taste and it looks incredible and ties all of our decor together nicely. Nick and his crew at Elite Flooring did a fabulous job opening up our kitchen and new living room! They did a great job of keeping the area clean and worked efficiently to get the job done. Taking the wall down and adding electrical and lighting to the space made our house ten times more functional. I would work with Nick and his team for our next project! The team at Elite Flooring is exceptional! We used them for both business and personal renovations/improvements and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Nick was easy to work with staying in budget but still meeting our wants/needs! Eddie and his workers were respectful of our house and NEVER left a mess! Also both Nick and Eddie always checked in with progress and decisions along the way… great communication before and during the jobs! Highly Recommend!!!
