The company says on its website it has been in business two years, and the site lists door installation services alongside its other work. A customer whose roof was five years past its warranty said Nelson gave a competitive quote and came up with a plan that worked with the family's situation, and the work was completed in one day. After ice and water damage, a customer had the entire back roof replaced within a day; when water later got between the lip of the roof and the gutter, someone came out early the next week to tighten and seal the gutters at no cost. A customer said Nelson, the foreman, was there all day with his team, the property was left cleaner than before, and an attic ventilation problem was identified and fixed. One quote came in 50% lower than that customer's highest quote for the job. A roof at one customer's mother's house took a day longer than originally planned because of a few hidden issues. A customer also hired the company to replace a roof and do some mold remediation after an ice dam caused leaks. Its BBB grade is an A. A marketing agency that did advertising work for the company posted a 1-star Google review saying EliteWorx filed a credit card dispute over $786 for services already delivered, that the agency won the dispute, and that the owner later texted threatening a lawsuit over the review.
