Big Island Pond remodeling did an amazing job both designing and completing my new deck. Fred and Michelle were awesome to work with as were their very hard, hard-working crew. The attention to detail was off the charts, not to mention the cleanup at the end. It was above and beyond my expectations, and I would gladly recommend them to anybody who is doing any kind of renovation. The company has 40+ years of experience and you can totally tell they knew exactly what they were doing from beginning to end. We are so happy with the work done by Big Island Pond. We had two bathrooms redone, closets built/rebuilt in three bedrooms, bedrooms painted/wallpapered, upstairs hallway and stairwell wallpapered and all the floors refinished. The quality of the work is superb. We have an old farmhouse so there were a lot of challenges involved but they managed them all. The communication was outstanding, we never had any questions as to what was occurring and when, what issues were coming up and they and their subcontractors were so respectful of us while the work was going on. They even took extra care to make sure our cats were ok while everything was happening. :-) I can not recommend them highly enough if you need work done.

When we were interested in adding a 2-story addition to our home, we spoke with several contractors. Ultimately we decided to work with Big Island Pond -- and we’re so glad we did. BIP was engaged and responsive right from the start and listened to our ideas and made them reality. Fred, Michelle, and the entire team are all so easy to work with. I really appreciated that BIP was able to pivot and accommodate what we were looking to do – even when the scope of work increased/changed, or our home threw some unanticipated curveballs. They gently guided us through decision-making and had thoughtful input when we had questions. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. After years of trying to decide what to do with our outdated bathroom, we finally called Big Island Pond Remodeling. They came highly recommended and their estimate was right inline with what we were thinking. They set a schedule and began the job. Each worker came to my house on time , were very respectful of me and my home. They cleaned up each night perfectly. Each person that worked on the job was extremely knowledgeable and were perfectionists! Several times I asked the owners where they found these people because they were so great! Each one came on time and worked the entire day. I could not be happier with the finished product. It looks exactly how I hoped it would. I just love it! We will be calling them for our next project for sure! They are the best!! I would recommend them wholeheartedly!
