ELT Landscape Design is a two-person shop working out of 121 Jersey St in Marblehead, and its Houzz menu reads like a year-round crew rather than a mow-and-go outfit: spring and fall cleanups, mulching and lawn treatment through the season, tree work and stump grinding, then snow removal when the weather turns. The company says it started trading in 2015, and BBB lists Roberto Tejada as the owner with two employees. Its Houzz page claims 31 towns across the North Shore and Greater Boston — Salem, Beverly, Lynn, Peabody, Danvers and out to Gloucester and Andover — which is a wide net for a two-person operation, so it is worth asking who actually shows up on your street. What is missing here is anyone who has hired them. Houzz carries no rating and states outright that nobody has left a review, and BBB says it has too little information to issue a rating at all. That is not a mark against the work; it just means there is nothing written down to judge it by. The service list also runs past pure lawn care into stamped concrete, retaining walls and fence installation. In Massachusetts, landscaping-only work does not require home improvement contractor registration, but hardscape and structural work can change that picture, so ask what the job you have in mind counts as and get proof of insurance in writing before any crew starts. For a straightforward seasonal cleanup, mulch delivery or tree removal on the North Shore, they are a reasonable call. For anything bigger, ask for addresses of recent local jobs you can drive past — with no written history anywhere, references are the only track record on offer.
