Tucker Architecture and Landscape is a one-person design office on Atlantic Avenue in Marblehead: Jeffrey M. Tucker draws new homes, renovations, landscapes and interiors and, as his own site puts it, is a design office rather than an installing contractor. That distinction shapes the whole engagement — you hire the drawings and the design, then hire a builder separately. Tucker signs his work AIA, ASLA and LEED AP, and his Houzz profile publishes registration numbers RA 50244 and RLA 1527. The site says he spent 20 years at regionally and nationally recognized firms before this practice, with a B.Arch from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Landscape Architecture from Harvard.
