ELT Landscape Design Inc sells the whole calendar, not a single job. Its Houzz page opens by saying it is open all year round with special services for each season — spring and fall cleanups, snow removal in winter — and the trade list that follows runs from lawn care and mulching through tree work, pruning, removal and stump grinding, out to stonework, retaining walls, chain link, vinyl and wood fences, junk removal, and walkways, driveways and parking lots. It is a small outfit behind a long list. The BBB records a Marblehead business on Jersey Street, started in January 2015, with Roberto Tejada as owner and two employees, and its stated coverage stretches across 31 Massachusetts towns from Marblehead and Swampscott out to Gloucester, Andover, Lawrence and into Boston, Chelsea and Revere. Two things are worth raising before you call. The BBB has issued no grade at all — its profile reads "Not Rated," because it does not have sufficient information about the business, and the profile is unclaimed. And because the work described includes retaining walls, stonework, walkways and driveways, this is not a landscaping-only contractor, so the Massachusetts exemption from home improvement contractor registration would not cover that side of the work; neither listing shows a registration number, so ask for one. Nobody has reviewed it anywhere. Houzz says outright that it has yet to receive a review, the BBB profile carries none, and there are no project photos to look at either. For routine seasonal grounds work across the North Shore this is a year-round crew that will travel; for a wall, a patio or a driveway, ask for addresses of finished jobs nearby and for the registration number, and go see the work yourself.
