Quality Core Fence is a Malden fencing outfit run by its owner, Semir, who says on the company's site that he works closely with each client from quote to finish. Alongside fencing, the site lists decks, pergolas, retaining walls, patios, walkways, painting, and seasonal snow work, though fencing is what shows up in review after review. In the six months through July 2026, all ten Google reviews came back five stars, and several point to specific jobs rather than blanket praise. One from March describes a fence Semir's crew put in back in August 2023 that still looked freshly installed three years later. Another, also from March, comes from a customer on their third project with the company, citing steady communication and an on-schedule finish. Reviewers in April and May single out the crew for working through a sloped yard and for fencing in a large, wooded backyard for two new dogs rather than treating it as a standard install. That pattern isn't new. Across the full history, 49 reviews stretch from 2022 to 2026 across three sources, and the Google page itself sits at 5 stars on 51 ratings. Past jobs on record include a roughly 500-foot vinyl-and-aluminum fence run over a lot with underground boulders and ledge, and a chain-link repair with new reinforcement bars and gates at a daycare center in Everett, scheduled around the business's operating hours. One thing worth asking about directly: the extra services listed on the website — decks, patios, pergolas, painting, snow removal — don't show up in any review on record, which are almost entirely about fence installation and repair. If that's the job at hand, ask to see completed examples before booking. For a straightforward fence job — chain link, vinyl, wood, or something trickier like a sloped or heavily wooded lot — the reviews back Semir's crew up with specifics, not just star counts. Confirm current pricing and scheduling directly, and if it's one of the non-fencing services on the site, ask for references first.

Semir and his team did an incredible job installing our new fence! They were thorough and careful throughout the job. They even went so far as to clean the mud off our new fence after a heavy rainstorm. The before and after is unreal!

The most professional, caring, and patient fencing team in the Northshore / Peabody, Danvers/ Beverly area. Semir is great to work with! He answered all question and requests I had with such patience. Took the time to guide me on what was best for my sloped yard. His team surprised me and transplanted my flowers, which made my heart happy and saved me time. I highly recommend this fencing company! I now have a beautiful white fence and a yard that my kids can safely play in. Thank you Semir and Team.
