Endless Energy

Endless Energy is a family-owned, independently operated HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractor based in Marlborough, with additional offices in Needham and Randolph, serving communities across Massachusetts. The company describes itself as operating for over 40 years and says it has grown to more than 80 employees, with heat pump installation as a specialty. Google shows a 4.7-star average from 614 ratings and Porch shows 4.6 from 127, and many reviewers name specific technicians for detailed, positive work: Eydin Gomez, CJ and Mike Heil are each credited more than once for diagnosing HVAC problems clearly and thoroughly, and reviews from 2023 through 2026 describe heat-pump and mini-split installs with named crews walking homeowners through the Mass Save rebate process. One reviewer credits the plumbing team, Josh and Peter, as knowledgeable and punctual, and a 2023 review credits the electrician on a heat-pump job with a careful panel upgrade. Alongside that volume of praise, a recurring set of 2024-2026 reviews describes real problems: no-shows for scheduled estimates or service calls, a heat-pump installation a reviewer says needed a costly fix a year and a half later, and a 2026 review describing two years of service visits on a system the reviewer says still isn't working right. A 2021 review similarly described a second-floor mini-split that stayed inadequate for over a year despite repeated promises to fix it. For homeowners considering Endless Energy for a heat pump, HVAC, plumbing or electrical project, the reviews point to a large, well-reviewed operation capable of detailed, professional work, but it's worth asking directly about current scheduling reliability and how the company handles a callback when a job doesn't go right the first time.
