The seller said a second septic professional excavated the distribution box, tested it with about 150 gallons of water and confirmed water flowed through all four leaching field outlets. A 2022 customer said the company did not show up when promised, did not return calls and was a no-show after confirming on the phone. Its Better Business Bureau grade is A+, and it is BBB accredited.
July 2026 - My experience with this company was for the sale of my home. The buyers hired this company for the septic inspection. My inspection was performed during extremely heavy rain, and I was told my leaching fields were near or at the end of their life. The report stated that my distribution box was exposed and flooded. However, the distribution box was never excavated, exposed, or inspected first hand by this inspector. At my insistence, the buyer gave me the name of a second independent septic professional who I hired to perform a second inspection. He actually excavated the distribution box, tested it with approximately 150 gallons of water, and confirmed that water flowed properly through all four leaching field outlets. The system functioned as designed. A septic inspection should be based on what is physically excavated and observed—not assumptions made during extreme weather conditions. I'm grateful I obtained a second opinion before agreeing to what could have been an unnecessary septic system replacement for myself and my buyer. I would NOT recommend this company.
Love Craig and his company. He comes right out within days of calling, takes his time, explains everything and never over charges! Great guy and company. Would highly recommend.
We had leaking in our basement and thought we needed a plumber but when I talked to Craig, the owner, he said that he would stop by and to tell the plumber to hold off. He quickly diagnosed the problem and solved it, and we were able to use our water again! Wonderful service and highly recommended!
Of course your ready to go to bed and excrement is backing up into your shower, spilling over onto your bathroom floor. Never happens at an optimal time of day. Needless to say-Envirotech answers the phone after hours and helps us get through the initial shock, shows up the very next day and saves the day! With a courteous demeanor and smile, schools me on what is going on and how to avoid future mishaps. Thank you kindly! We are so grateful!
Pumping our tank involves dismantling a brick paver sidewalk. My past experience is that my yard and walk were a mess after pumping. Not so with EnviroTech. These folks were extremely neat and careful. I can't praise them enough. Resetting the walk and restoring the lawn will be far easier than it has ever been when other companies did the pump out.
