A customer with a blocked underground drainage pipe said Lorenzo arrived in less than 30 minutes, located the blockage with his video drain snake, excavated the pipe and cleared it, and the ground and grass were reinstated for a reasonable price. A customer said Lorenzo came out within an hour of calling and cleared a big clog in their septic system.
