after several appointments with other architects, many, many online plans we found Matt, we couldn't be happier! He doesn't have the typical "sales pitch", he's down to earth, practical and understands our limited finances. We've been working with one of his plans and he has been more than happy to make changes as we request, we are most definitely on the same page.

We worked with Matt on a project to renovate our first and second floors. We wanted to address issues with flow, light exposure, and use of space in our current home. Matt was so great to work with- he made the process enjoyable. His design plan addressed all the concerns we had and will dramatically increase the functionality of our home. The feedback form the contractors was that Matt's architectural plans were well thought out, detailed, and accurate. We reccommend Matt without any hesitation!

Matt did a fantastic job creating construction plans for the new addition to our home. He's very easy and pleasant to work with, extremely knowledgeable regarding architectural design and current construction materials. He's up-to-date on all the code regulations. Matt was very patient with us as we worked our way to finally determining the design we wanted. I would highly recommend him to others in need of his design architectural services.
