Ercolano Cleaning & Restoration

Apparently the owner of this business is inaccessible. I have been trying to speak with this person regarding a number of issues created by his personnel while working at my home. I need his direct phone number because texts and emails do not work for this organization. From the number of 5 star reviews for this business, I can only guess as to who wrote them.

would not recommend this mitigation company based on my experience. Communication was poor from the start, with delayed responses and a lack of clear updates throughout the process. The work timeline kept shifting without proper explanation, and I felt like I was always the one following up rather than being kept informed. When the crew finally arrived, the work was either incomplete or done hastily. I expected a higher level of professionalism, especially given the sensitive nature of mitigation work. To make matters worse, cleanup was minimal, and I had to bring in someone else to finish the job correctly. They were supposed to keep items u til a complete inventory list was done and things were thrown away. Turnover with employees was several during my whole during my incident. I wasn’t sure who was coming or going in my home . I understand that things don't always go perfectly, but the lack of accountability and customer care made the situation even more frustrating. If you're looking for reliable, responsive service, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Just what you need when disaster strikes. Responsive, proactive, protective. The team took care of so much after our house flooded. Not only the basic recovery, but also guidance through the entire process. The team was very careful with our house and Everything that would stay in the house. I came home from vacation and a supply line on my 3rd floor bathroom must have ran for a couple days. Water damage went all the way down to the basement soaking my kitchen, hardwood floors, cabinets and tile floors in 2 bathrooms. If it was not for Justin the project manager and the Ercolano team I would have never been able to get through this. They responded that night I got home and were in Greenwich within 30 minutes. After Ercolano removed the wet material and they found mold in my basement and remediated the mold. They dealt with my insurance company directly and it didn’t not cost me a penny. After the cleanup was done we had the option to use our normal contactor to put our home back. He was having problems with the insurance company so we contacted Ercolano and they got right involved with the adjuster again and took on the full repairs. The work is beautiful and our home is everything we dreamed of. Ercolano is truly a life savor and are insurance experts. I can’t recommended them enough. They know what they are doing and a truly understanding and profesional.
