The work in those permits is mixed residential renovation: bathroom and kitchen remodels, deck and porch rebuilds, roofing and siding repairs, and one 11-unit West Roxbury building. He works out of 25 Elm Street in Brookline, and BuildZoom lists him as the owner and the person clients deal with. BuildZoom also lists a Massachusetts construction supervisor licence (CS-091693) and a home improvement contractor registration (151104) for him. Those are that directory's entries, not something confirmed against the state registry, so ask to see both before signing anything. The gap here is straightforward: nobody has written publicly about hiring him. Permits show work was done and inspected; they say nothing about how it went. If you are considering him, ask for two or three references from bathroom or kitchen jobs finished in the last couple of years, and get the licence and insurance certificates in writing.
