Erivan Da Silva Painting

Erivan Da Silva paints houses out of Wilmington with a crew you can count on one hand — a 2022 customer described two painters arriving at 8 am and never leaving before 5, and a homeowner hiring him for the third time in 2023 said he works alongside just one other person. On Angi, 63 ratings average 5.0, and the profile counts 845 projects. The jobs people describe run from two rooms to a whole house. In 2021, a homeowner had him paint a two-family, three-story Queen Anne Victorian in Somerville over about a month and called the price competitive. A 2023 customer needed wallpaper stripped and the prep that follows it; the rooms were fully painted inside two weeks, with the work area kept clean throughout. In January 2024 a returning customer wrote about bathrooms — walls, trim and ceilings, with an old ceiling leak patched and the prep work singled out. In July 2025, two rooms in a condo were painted at what the customer called a very reasonable price. Several of the people who hired him end up talking about the same thing: what the house looks like when the painters go home. One writing in June 2025 said he was neat and cleaned up everything. A March 2025 customer said he called the day before, arrived right on time, patched an entire wall and swapped out hardware to match. The most recent, in May 2026, called the team quick, reliable and affordable. The repeat business is the part worth noticing — one customer counted three separate hires, another in 2023 said he had done both exterior and interior work for them over the years. For interior repaints, trim and ceilings, wallpaper removal, or a full exterior on an older home, this is a small outfit that keeps getting called back. Because it is small, pin down the start date in writing, and settle what the quote covers — prep, patching and how many coats — before the drop cloths come out.
