Even Flow Pressure Washing

On Reddit's r/WorcesterMA, a commenter pointed to Even-Flow out of Princeton for low pressure roof cleaning. The company describes itself as a locally owned soft-wash and pressure-washing business serving homeowners and commercial properties across Worcester and Middlesex Counties, with roof, siding, deck/fence and commercial exterior cleaning. It says it was founded after the owner noticed roofs stayed algae-free in the South and brought a low-pressure, chemical soft-wash roof-cleaning approach back to Massachusetts. A customer hired Even Flow to remove 20 years of algae and mildew from a vinyl-sided home and roof, and said the work was done with 'low/no pressure' and the house looks brand new again. One customer said Rob washed the roof to remove moss and lichen, then came back 6-8 weeks later and rejuvenated it. Rob and his team cleaned a fence, deck, railings and the house exterior for a customer who wrote that it was all back to original colors. A customer who had never heard of a soft wash said Rob, the owner, and his assistant did theirs. On Thumbtack, a customer said Rob and his team explained what would be done and cleaned up after they finished. A 2025 customer said the owner came by within two hours to give an estimate, and even washed a shed and roof for free. A 2025 customer said Rob and his team took care of a moss issue on the roof and cleaned the gutters. In 2025, a customer said Rob itemized the different components of the wash so they could pick and choose. A 2025 customer said Even Flow cleaned their church in Princeton, MA. A 2023 customer getting a house ready to sell said Rob did the roof job within 2 days, gave a discount to do the entire house as well, and left no damage to the landscaping. A 2022 Angi customer said a roof cleaning was done in a timely manner at a reasonable price but felt the job was rushed: pollen, pine needles and other debris stuck to the roof under the eaves, the lichens were still there, and that customer had to clean the eaves and treat the lichens themselves.
