Konstantin is very thorough with his work. He did a total bathroom renovation for me five years ago, and It still looks like new. Today he came by and replaced three locks on bedroom and bathroom doors in my new condo. Previous contractor told me these types of locks couldn’t be replaced with regular locks, but only with similar skeleton key locks. And that my only choice was to replace the whole door. Konstantin replaced the locks using his skill and creativity.

This year we had a small project: replacing 2 large windows in our kitchen. We haven’t renovated our kitchen yet, that’s definitely on a horizon; and no one else but KB Home Improvement will get this contract without any hesitation. But for now, we desperately needed 2 windows replaced because the old ones were drafty with zero insulation. After last winter I said to my family: we can no longer suffer this draft and wind going inside our kitchen. Kostya, being super busy, as he always is said that he will be happy to do it. He came early spring to make measurements and estimate the materials needed for the job. He also suggested to keep the old frames for the time being not to damage the walls further. But promised that the new windows will be properly installed, insulated and frames refreshed for a new look. The results speak for themselves: super happy with exceptionally well done job! Kostya is a true professional and master of his craft! Can’t thank him enough!!!
