On Google it holds 4.9 stars from 169 ratings. A recent customer who needed the door fixed to get to work said they showed up within 15 minutes. A 2026 customer said Dave replaced worn pulleys and adjusted the system when the door would not open at all. A 2026 reviewer wrote that Dave did a full inspection, replaced a faulty sensor and fixed wiring issues without trying to oversell anything. A 2025 customer described a full door replacement that runs smoothly. A 2025 customer said a technician named James showed up in less than an hour and diagnosed a broken spring. A 2026 customer gave one star, saying the installer fixed the garage but broke another part, and disputing whether a $250 price covered the wire as well as the spring. A 2026 customer who had a same-day repair said it cost more than expected and that the warranty on the emailed invoice could not be opened, with no reply to a request to send it separately.
