Max's Garage Door Repair Haven does garage door work, and one customer came to it for a last-minute spring replacement after other places turned them down. That customer said they took it on without keeping them waiting, and the tech answered all their questions. A customer whose appointment started with a small mix-up said the company stepped in right away, fixed it within minutes and followed up a couple days later to make sure everything was good.
There was a small mix-up with my appointment at first, which was annoying. But Max's Garage Door Repair Haven stepped in right away, owned it, and fixed it within minutes. Thats how you handle it. Followed up a couple days later to make sure everything was good. Will definitely use again.
Needed spring replacement done last minute and every other place turned me down. Max's Garage Door Repair Haven took it on, no problem. They didn't keep me waiting and the work was solid. The tech answered all my questions without making me feel dumb. Either way, five stars from me.
