Homeowners describe the same things — a 2024 customer doing a three-quarter gut remodel had a recommended blend of closed and open cell plus Rockwool soundproofing on internal walls and said the communication carried them through a long question list; a 2026 customer reported the building holds temperature noticeably better since the install and that the price compared well against other quotes. Restaurant and commercial work turns up too. Two accounts run the other way and both are worth reading before hiring. A 2024 customer said the crew arrived in trucks branded Advanced Green Insulation, sprayed closed cell on one roof section and open cell on the other, and was told any smell would clear on its own in two or three days — it did not, and they described a chemical, rotten-fish odour on opening the front door that was not there before. That same account is the one Better Business Bureau carries as its only customer review. Separately, a 2025 reviewer's one star was about crew conduct at a diesel pump rather than any job. Ask the company for its current registration status before signing anything, since HIC registration is what gives a homeowner access to the state's Guaranty Fund.
