Nor'easter Roofing completed the roof on my lake home today, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the beginning, Rob was great to work with. He took the time to help me choose the right shingle color and even showed me photos of homes his company had completed using the colors we were considering. Those real-world examples were much more helpful than the manufacturer's online visualization tool and made the decision much easier. Rob and his crew were professional, thorough, and extremely efficient. The roof was completed quickly without sacrificing quality, and the cleanup afterward was outstanding. When they finished, the property was spotless. One thing that really impressed me was their integrity. After the old roof was stripped, an improperly flashed chimney-to-roof connection installed by the original builder was discovered. Rob brought the issue to my attention and corrected it at no additional cost because he wanted the job done the right way. That level of honesty and commitment to quality is hard to find. I highly recommend Rob and the team at Nor'easter Roofing. They deliver excellent workmanship, stand behind their work, and truly care about customer satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Rob replaced a roof at my prior home and now again at my new residence. He offered very fair pricing with an excellent transferable warranty at retained costs despite price increases in materials. His team was awesome; they were in and out in one day despite a 2 day time projection (large house and detached garage). Very neat, cleaned up thoroughly, and work was done correctly.

Amazing service for clearing roof dams this past February! Rob was super helpful and knowledgeable- he gave us great advice to hold us over in an emergency and then was able to schedule us quickly. His crew was fast and respectful of our property. Would definitely recommend them and hire them again.
